Payment information
Delivery
Delivery cost is determined by location and starts at $95.00. Your cake table must be set up and ready to receive the cake.
Party Cakes
A Nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The final balance is due two weeks before the celebration date.
Wedding Cakes
A Nonrefundable 50% deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve your date. The final balance is due four (4) weeks before your reserved reception date. A $50.00 late fee will be added if payment is received after the four-week due date.
A security deposit for a cake stand rental is due four (4) weeks before your reserved reception date. The rental is due back three days after your event. A $35 per day late fee will be charged after that.
Pickups
We are not responsible for your cake once it leaves the premises for pick up. All cakes are chilled to 35 degrees Fahrenheit to allow for safe travel. Cakes should be consumed at room temperature, which takes 3 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the cake and the temperature of the location where the cake will be set out.
HOW TO ORDER A CAKE
It is very difficult for us to juggle baking, decorating, and answering phone calls. The best way to reach us is via email at info@mandtevents.com, at 703-929-1062, or through our online Form. Emails allow us and our clients to exchange ideas, photos, and other inspiration for a cake design. Once we agree on the details, we will email you an invoice so you can review it and provide payment.
We accept all standard credit cards and cash. We do not accept checks or process payments via money apps such as Venmo, cash-app, or Zelle.
